2. Scope of Services
The installation services may include, but are not limited to:
· Mounting of televisions, speakers, and projectors
· Installation of audio/video receivers, soundbars, and other A/V components
· Wiring, cable management, and system integration
· Configuration and calibration of equipment for optimal performance
The scope of all individual installations will be clearly outlined in advance of work being undertaken. Any services outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

4. Equipment and Materials
• Client-Owned Equipment: The Installer is not responsible for defects, malfunctions, or warranty claims related to equipment supplied by the Client.
• Company-Supplied Equipment: Any equipment provided by the Installer will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Ownership of such equipment passes to the Client upon full payment along with all applicable warranties.
5. Installation Limitations
The Installer will take reasonable precautions to avoid damage during installation; however, the following limitations apply:
• Structural Issues: The Installer is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing structural issues, such as weak walls, faulty wiring, or hidden obstructions.
• Hidden Conditions: Installation may be limited by hidden conditions (e.g., pipes, electrical wiring, or studs) that are not visible or disclosed by the Client.
• Third-Party Services: The Installer is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party service providers.
6. Service Warranty
• Workmanship Warranty: The Installer warrants that the installation services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any defects in workmanship MUST be reported within 7 days of installation for corrective action.
• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, or subsequent alterations to the installed equipment.

• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as permitted by law.
• Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to avoid potential cancellation fees.
