Hik Connect app for remote viewing of cctv

Accessing your cctv system using the Hik Connect app couldn't be easier!


For IOS (Apple devices)

  • Go to the app store, search for Hik Connect & download the app.
  • Once the app has downloaded simply login in to your account with your username & password.


For Android devices

  • Open your web browser and search for Hik Vision app store
  • Within the Hik Vision app store select & download the Hik Connect app
  • When prompted, allow all relevant access the Hik Connect App Download requests
  • Once the app has downloaded simply login to your account with your username & password.

Once you have successfully logged into your account using your username & password you may be prompted to enter a verification code.

Your Hik Connect account would have been created during your installation and your username will be the phone number used to create the account.


If you have forgotten your password please use the forgotten password option within the app login page to reset and choose a new password.


If you no longer have access to the phone number used to setup the account, an onsite reset of your remote viewing will be necessary as this is not something we can resolve without visiting your property.


If you have not been able to gain access to the HikConnect service and are still experiencing issues with remote viewing of your cctv system, please contact us to arrange a callout and we will have your system up and running again in no time.
